The total projected enrolment for SY 2012-13 is 1,554 or an increase of 9% compared to the actual enrolment of 1,400 during the first semester last school year 2011-12. The actual enrolment as of June 18, 2012 is 1,498 or 97% of the projected enrolment. The 469 of those officially enrolled are freshmen students. To address the shortage of classroom, instructional equipment and minimize the expenses for salaries and wages of non-permanent faculty, the enrolment was purposely reduced in the first year by one (1) block/section per course at 40-45 students per class. Stringent admission policy was observedaccepting only thus applicants that complied with college admission requirements. Transferee from other colleges and old students were accommodated.
Orientation to freshmen students and transferee was conducted for 2 days in compliance with SSC memorandum. Classes for 1st semester formally started June 13, 2012. On the contrary five (5) freshmen had withdrawn their credentials/ enrolment or had transfer to other campuses for various and justifiable reasons.
