The Sorsogon State College Bulan Campus formerly Institute of Management and Information Technology is mandated to function in accordance with the four mandates of higher educational institution. It has a total land area of 7.2 hectares with 15 buildings, 29 classrooms and 6 laboratory rooms. The college offers nine (9) different courses. The programs are divided into two departments both are headed by the program chairs/dean. The campus is generally managed by the college president through the campus administrator and fourteen designated coordinators /staff as key officials. It carries out strategies in response to the AACCUP requirements and CHED thrust for quality and excellence.
The campus is composed of the following personnel; thirty six (36) permanent instructors/professors; four (4) contractual, ten (10) contract of service; five (5) contact hour and three (3) part time instructors, with the total support staff of twelve (12) permanent, six (6) casual, and two (2) job order status. Additional personnel was hired to augment the existing workforce of the college due to volume of work and the increased of enrolment.
